Knowing Scripture

One thing I have come to realize about knowing The Bible. The Pharisees knew Scripture and they thought they had arrived, but in Jesus' sight their knowledge of Scripture was useless to God. This implies that there is more to knowing Scripture than just..well..knowing Scripture! I pray to God that our knowledge of Scripture be a Godly one, given to humility and selflessness. May others profit from our knowledge of Scripture, and may God be glorified by His Word in our hearts and in our tongues, that It may perform that which God purposed it to. Halleluhya!
